Every med spa says it delivers “natural results.” Fewer can explain what that actually means in practice, or why it matters enough to build an entire business around. At The Plump Room, that philosophy has a name, a face, and seven-plus years of clinical experience behind it: Stephany Diaz, APRN.
From Corporate Injector to Founder
Stephany earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College in 2017 and began her career at a prominent South Florida medical spa, where she spent years immersed in the full spectrum of aesthetic medicine, injectables, lasers, and regenerative treatments. After more than four years working as an injector in a corporate setting, she made the decision to build something different: a practice shaped entirely around her own approach to balance, artistry, and patient care, rather than a corporate template.
That decision became The Plump Room, founded in 2022 in Coral Gables.
The Philosophy: Enhance, Don’t Transform
Ask Stephany what drives her work, and the answer is consistent: results that honor natural beauty rather than override it. Her approach centers on supporting the structure of the face, softening transitions, and delivering outcomes that are, in her words, “at once bold and undetectable”, visible improvement that never reads as “done.”

Facial mapping isn’t a marketing term at The Plump Room, it’s a literal step in every injectable consultation, where treatment areas are assessed and planned based on individual anatomy rather than a standard formula. It’s also why conservative dosing, careful product selection, and an honest conversation about what a patient actually needs (versus what they initially ask for) are built into every visit.

Stephany’s influence extends beyond her own treatment room. She’s deeply committed to mentorship within the aesthetics industry, training and supporting other injectors through what she calls an “injector-to-CEO” vision, helping practitioners refine their clinical skills while also building the business and leadership capabilities to run thriving practices of their own. It’s a philosophy rooted in the belief that the aesthetics industry improves when its practitioners are supported, not just credentialed.

The Plump Room is a proud member of the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce, and that community connection isn’t incidental. Stephany has built the practice around the relationships that come from being a genuine part of the neighborhood, supporting local business, getting to know patients as neighbors, and building a practice people trust because they see it, and her, consistently.
