Hey, I'm Steph.
I'm an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner with over seven years in aesthetics, and the founder of The Plump Room in Coral Gables. I graduated from Chamberlain College of Nursing in 2017 and spent four years inside a med spa before I built my own space.
What I learned in those four years is that talent was never the thing holding people back. It was that nobody taught them to assess before they injected, or to run a business instead of letting it run them. Most injector trainings hand you placement patterns. Very few teach you how to think.
So I built what I wish I'd had. My results are meant to be bold and undetectable at the same time, and every treatment starts with a real pre-evaluation. That's the same standard I bring to teaching. If you want shortcuts or trend-driven protocols, I'm probably not your person. If you want structure that holds up over years, we should talk.

Who can enroll?
Licensed medical professionals including physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, registered nurses, and dentists. Proof of licensure may be required at enrollment. Non-licensed individuals and students are welcome in the Full Day Shadowing course only.
Is hands-on training included?
Yes. Toxin and filler courses include hands-on training with live models under direct supervision. The Full Day Shadowing course is observation only.
Do I need prior experience?
No. Courses are offered at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. Your application helps determine which pathway fits your current experience and goals.
Will I receive a certification?
Yes. Participants receive a certificate of completion within one week, which may help fulfill licensing or credentialing requirements in your state.
Can I bring my own model?
In most cases models are provided through a dedicated selection process. Arrangements can be made if you prefer to bring your own. Selected models are responsible for their own training fees.
Will this qualify me to open my own practice?
Training gives you the clinical skills to perform treatments. Opening a practice also requires business, legal, and regulatory steps — which is exactly what The Injector Bible walks you through. We can also provide resources for meeting initial requirements in Florida.
Are payment plans available?

What's the refund policy?
The $200 deposit is non-refundable. Refund policies vary by course and are not available within 48 hours of the course date. Rescheduling is allowed up to two times before the deposit is forfeited.
Where is training held?
147 Alhambra Circle, Suite 205, Coral Gables, FL 33134. Some courses offer virtual or hybrid options, and The Injector Bible is entirely self-paced.
What happens on a strategy call?
You set the agenda. Most people bring a mix — what to charge, whether to hire, how to structure the business, plus clinical questions about assessment, sequencing, or a case that didn't go the way they expected. Come with specifics and the time goes further. Course purchasers can add a full hour for $297; a 30-minute call is available to any licensed provider without the course.
How long does review take?
Applications are read personally. Allow three to five business days. If selected, you'll receive a personalized recommendation and an invitation to a brief confirmation call before enrollment. Not all applicants are accepted.
